Practitioner Portal Access

TeleDocs Consulting operates a secure Practitioner Portal at practitioners.teledocsconsulting.com.au (“the Portal”) for AHPRA-registered healthcare professionals, including clinic practitioners and pharmacists. Access to the Portal is restricted to approved members only. Members must create an account and log in using their unique credentials to access portal content.

No Public Posting or User-Generated Content

The Portal does not contain public blogs, comment sections, forums, or any functionality that allows users to publish posts, articles, or other public-facing content.
All previous WordPress post feeds have been permanently disabled.
Users cannot:

  • Publish posts
  • Comment publicly
  • Upload public-facing content
  • Interact with other users through the website

All content available within the Portal is provided solely by TeleDocs Consulting.

Information Provided During Registration

When creating a Practitioner or Pharmacist account, we collect personal and professional information, including but not limited to:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • AHPRA registration details
  • Professional role (e.g., clinic practitioner, pharmacist)
  • Password
  • Contact information

This information is used only to:

  • Verify eligibility for Portal access
  • Create and maintain a secure practitioner account
  • Provide access to clinical resources, product information, training modules, and support
  • Communicate with members regarding updates relevant to the Portal

We do not publish this information publicly or make it accessible to other portal users.

Portal Activity and Usage Data

We may collect non-identifying technical information related to Portal use, such as:

  • Login activity
  • Page views
  • Resource downloads
  • Technical diagnostics (e.g., browser type, IP address, device type)

This information is collected solely to:

  • Maintain security
  • Identify unauthorised access attempts
  • Improve Portal performance

None of this information is publicly displayed or shared with third parties unless required by law.

We do not sell, trade, or publicly share practitioner information.

Changes to Portal Features

If additional interactive features (e.g., discussion boards, messaging, content uploads) are introduced in the future, TeleDocs Consulting will update this Privacy Policy and notify all registered members before such changes take effect.
